Cross River born, Public Affairs Analyst has
congratulated all Muslim Ummah on the occasion of this years Eid Mubarak TDN
can report.
Prince Abi, said the unity and peace of the
good people of Cross River State is not negotiable and Cross Riverians and
indeed Muslim Ummah must begin to see one another as one.
"While I congratulate Muslim faithful
across the nation and Cross River in particular, may I use this opportunity to
condemn the recent cult wars and attack on the Sarki Hausawa of Ogoja. The
people of Ogoja are peace loving people, it is highly lampoonable that our own
brothers can get involve in deep fight. For me, it I feel terrible over this
incident. Never again, shall we allow our interest and differences destroy the
peace we enjoy bringing disaffection and bad blood in our society".
He further called on all Muslims to live up
to the highest ideals of Islam which is peace, love, and selfless service to
humanity and the love for one another.
Speaking further, Prince Abi, condemned the
Benue flood that has submerged thousands of houses in Benue. Which he described
as sad and most unfortunate.
While sympathizing with the affected victims,
he called on the government at all levels to provide succour to the victims of
the disaster.
Prince Abi, also called on Nigerians and
Cross Riverians to shun politics of bad blood, hate, animosity and chaos.
