The assistant district superintendent of  Assemblies Of God Church Calabar, Rev. Evangelist. Theodore Effiong  has called on Christians to take the bold step and register for their Permanent voters card as part of preparations for the 2019  election.

The clergy made this announcement in his parish today while emphasising on the need for Christians to take active part in deciding the fate of the nation.

According to Evang. Ephraim, those without  voters card will not be allowed into the church premises next week.

Deacon Sunday, who earlier gave the church announcement also reminded worshipers that no amount of prayer point will get to INEC but that with their voters card the choice of who to rule this country is in their hands. He also enjoin Christians to do the needful by registering ahead of time.
