OMPAN inaugurates new National Executives as two Cross Riverians make list

The Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria, OMPAN has just inaugurated her new set of National Executive Council members, to pilot it's Affairs.

The inauguration which took place at the Imo state Trade and Investment Center Owerri, Saturday 31st March 2018 venue of the Association's first ever Convention gave birth to the association's maiden National Executives. 

The new NEC has Comrade James A.  Emeh of IgbereTV as its President and Comrade Eminike Iroegbu of Abiafacts Newspaper as the secretary.

Mr. Efio-Ita Nyok of a prominent blogger in Calabar, Cross River State's Capital was appointed as the PRO III, while Mr. Mathew Okache of Voplinks Media snatched the office of an Editor in the Association's Editorial board.

Giving his acceptance remarks, the newly appointed president of the Association said "A new set of journalist have emerged, we are the Lion in the jungle and from today,  nobody will ignore us anymore, nobody will question our integrity anymore,  we need your support so we can make OMPAN grow to that height we all yearn for. Let's give this association the greatest respect it deserves".

He finally pledged to work together with his executive to make sure the organization's voice is heard and recognized nationally and globally.
