A political support group called "Door 2 Door Campaign Team, Southern Senatorial District" with the theme "Save Cross River State 2019" has today screeched on Distinguished Sen. John Owan Enoh, Senator representing Central Senatorial District of Cross River State to come and rescue Cross River State from the hands of the present Governor Sen Prof. Ben Ayade.

The group which has its members marjoly from the Southern Senatorial District of Cross River State were seen in their numbers at the Airport at the arrival of the Distinguished Senator from Abuja ahead of the grand reception of Ntufam Hilliard Eta and Hon Ferdinand Atsu on their successful victory during the just concluded APC National Convention as National Vice Chairman South South and Zonal Organizing Secretary respectively.

The leader of the group Comr. Victor Wills while addressing the people's Senator at his Calabar residence asked him to say something about the future of Cross River State. Comr. Wills went on to state that the Southern Senatorial District are no longer comfortable with the government of Governor Benedict Ayade and are hot to trot to support the Distinguished Senator to upset Ayade. Comr Wills further cried to the Distinguished Senator listing a few of the miss doing of the present government which included but not limited to Insecurity, bad roads, grubby nature and reduced tourism potentials.

A member of the group from Akpabuyo LGA, one Mr. Stanley Okon adjured the Senator to make hay while the sun shine and help return back the prominence set by Mr Donald Duke and Sen. Liyel Imoke. "Sir, you are the only person that can defeat Ayade without stress" those was his exact words.

Other members of the group voiced chorusly soliciting to the Distinguished Senator to extricate their children, mothers, fathers and the youths from the hands of the present caricature called Digital Governor. "We don tire for Digital Governor"

The Distinguished Senator in his reply, express gratitude to the group for their perturbation towards Cross River State and appreciated their vigorous and determined path and doughtiness. Sen. Owan said and I quote "let me thank all of you for coming in this number. The struggle to make Cross River State great again is our collective efforts and with total Dependence on God Almighty. Let us continue to give and do our best to save our State. We cannot allow our most sang Cross River State to sink. Whoever God chooses to rescue Cross River State from the hands of Sen. Ben Ayade. Whether me or any other person, we shall give our support. Thank you"

The meeting was successful as the group promised to stomp every corner, street and compound in the Southern Senatorial District for Distinguished Sen. John Owan Enoh.

Cross River State deserves a domestic leader like Distinguished Sen. John Owan Enoh. Comr. Peter Effiom.
