As the fall out between the APC and PDP lawmakers in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly takes new dimensions with members of the Nigerian Police Force besieging the House of Assembly complex, thus barring the Speaker and other PDP lawmakers from accessing the complex, governor Udom Emmanuel has made some shocking revelations.

In a nation wide broadcast yesterday, the governor revealed that hoodlums with fake army uniforms were arrested with over 18 AK47 and later allowed to go scout free by the police.

In his statement, he further alleged the the Presidency and the Inspector General of police may be unconnected to the crisis rocking the state where properties worth millions of Naira are said to behave been damaged.

Udom told news men present that he has seen the script the APC led Federal Government is playing in the state, revealing that the plan is to ensure that election in the state does not hold on the same date as other states, so they can conveniently perpetrate their evil plot of rigging and violence.

The governor who explained that several attempts to reach the presidency and the IG of police in order to call the newly posted commissioner of police to order had fallen on deaf ears. He demanded that the barely two weeks old commissioner should be reposted out of the state as it seems he has finished his assignment in the state.

Governor Udom who was visibly emotional went on to declear that his predecessor, governor Godswill Akpabio who recently defected to the APC should not return to Akwa Ibom state again but should rather remain in Abuja and concentrate on his legislative functions, as his visits to the state is only to cause more mayhem.

Udom alleged that Akpabio had sent all his children out of the Country for safety while he now puts the lives of other people's children in jeopardy through his planned and executing violence in the state.

He further threatened that the peace loving people of Akwa Ibom State have been pushed to the wall and will definitely resist any further act to infringe on the right to freedom, peace and security of Akwa Ibomites.
