World's famous Preacher and Televangelist, Pastor Benny Hinn recently took the church by surprise when he publicly condemned seed sowing for prayers. He said he has just repented from asking for special seeds to attract special blessings, stating that giving should be out of love for God while rebuking pastors who use it as a gimmick to attract wealth.

Pastor Hinn, condemned the prosperity Gospel and recants his teaching of it, stating that he is correcting his theology, while insisting that the Holy Spirit is fed up with prosperity gospel.

In a viral social media video, Benny Hinn was heard saying "I'm correcting my theology, the Holy Ghost is fed up with Prosperity Gospel".

The International preacher and television evangelist said asking for special seeds before prayer is administered to anyone is an offense against the gospel even as he denounced his involvement in such acts and promised to rebuke any pastor he sees doing such.

"The blessing is not for sale, the gospel is not for sale, I had been fed up with such practices but just couldn't say it, now the lid is lifted. I don't want to go to heaven and be rebuked". He said.

"I think is an offense to the Lord to say give a thousand dollars, I think it's an offense to the Holy Spirit to place a price on the gospel, I'm done with it. I will never again ask you to bring a thousand dollars or whatever amount it is, because I think the Holy Spirit is just fed up with it". He continued.

"If I hear one more time, break the back of bondage with a thousand dollar, I'm gonna rebuke them, because I think that's buying the gospel, that's buying the blessing, that's grieving the Holy Spirit.
If you are not giving because you love Jesus, don't bother giving. Giving has become such a gimmick". He added.
