Just in: Court restrains Eyam, NEC, BOT, others from Functioning in CRUTECH Alumni

A state high court sitting in Calabar has placed an Interim injunction on Mr. Eyam Abeng restraining him from further functioning or parading himself as the National Chairman of The Alumni body of  Cross River University of Technology. TDN can authoritatively report.

Also on the list of those retrained by the court order has sighted by TDN are all members of the National Executive Council, Members of the Board of Trustees and members of the central working committee. 

In addition, Members of the Electoral Committee set up by the Eyam Aben led National Executive council were also restrained from parading themselves nor functioning as Electoral Committee Members. 

According to the order signed by the court registrar Ekei Kooffre the tenure of the Ayam Aben National Executive Council and the Board of Trustees had since elapsed on the 12th of December 2017.

However, the case has been adjourned to 23rd October 2019 for further hearing.

Attempts to get the across to Mr. Eyam failed as his phone number wasn't connecting neither did he reply text message sent to him.
