Nigeria @60: Nyiam felicitate Ayade, C'Riverians, says state safe in Ayade's hand





As Nigeria celebrate its 60 years of freedom from British rule, Mr. Godwin Nyiam, Director General of the Cross River State Traffic Management and Regulatory Agency have sent his heartfelt felicitations to the Governor of the state, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade, stating that Cross is safe in his hands 


The state traffic regulatory boss who made this known in a state issued in Calabar to mark the nation's independence day, said its is an almost impossible task for a people with diverse ethnic believes and culture to live together as a nation but Nigeria has recorded a great feat living together and tolerating each other for 60 good years. 

He went ahead to extol the contributions of Governor Ayade in making Nigeria a better place to be by developing Cross River State which is a subset of Nigeria. The grassroot politician noted that Governor Ayade is not just a blessing to Cross River State but to Nigeria as a whole. Stating that the many achievements of Ayade's administration are signs that the State is safe in Ayade's hands. 


The statement reads in part:

I will first commend the actions of the Digital and workaholic Governor of our dear Cross River State, today Nigeria is 60 today and I will want to say that the numerous projects and achievements recorded by this administration are great signs that Cross River is safe in Governor Ayade's hands. As a state a people, we remain one state and one people under the governor's watch, and that makes him a wonderful leader.

I will not want to go through the line of history but to say congratulations to all Nigerians as we all celebrate yet another Mile stone in the annals of Nigeria.

As we celebrate this season of freedom herald by the nation's independence, I will want to use this medium to for the umpteenth time urge all motorist to drive safe, use their seat belt always, don't drive without a fire extinguisher in your car, no over loading. Ensure to adhere to all traffic rules and regulations to enable you stay alive and see yourself celebrate Nigeria at 61 next year.

Once again, I say a big congratulations to all of us and I urge us all to continue praying for our nation and our leaders.
