PDP Sends Message to Ayade, What They Said will Make You Weep for C'River

The People's Democratic Party in Cross River State has called on the state Governor, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade to as a matter of urgency pay off salaries, gratuities, pension and other forms of entitlements owed civil servants in the state. 

The party in a new month statement issued this morning, said this will help cushion the effect of the hardship Cross Riverians are going through this period even as the festive season draws near. 

The party also noted that they are aware of the economic hardship Cross Riverians are facings and as way of ameliorate the plight of the people, it is  calling on members of the party to show love to the downtrodden and the less privileged  in the society in this season of love. 

The Statement also assured Cross Riverians, that there are better days ahead as it is hopeful to take over leadership of the State where Cross Riverians will experience light at the end of the tunnel.

The Peoples Democratic Party Cross River State felicitates with the good people of Cross River State, wishing them a happy and prosperous new Month. As a Party, it's our earnest desire that the month of December, which is the last month of the year, bring only good tidings to Cross Riverians and Nigerians at large.

Aware of the economic hardship in Cross River State and the need to ameliorate the plight of our people, we call on members of our great party to show love to the downtrodden and the less privileged amongst us in the society, for this is the season of love. It's our prayer that this significant month usher Cross River State into a season of peace, progress and prosperity. 

We also call on the State Government to cushion the effect of hardship on Cross Riverians this festive season by expeditiously clearing all outstanding salaries, gratuities and pensions. 

We wish to assure Cross Riverians that despite the storms faced under this current administration, we are confident that better days are coming under the PDP, as there shall be light at the end of the tunnel.
