C'River 2023: Group Consolidate Plans for Ben Akak's Gubernatorial Ambition

As the activities leading to the 2023 general elections gather momentum, a group known as the Ben Akak Advocacy Group (EBAAG) has heightened plans while reaffirming its resolve to ensure the gubernatorial aspirations of a leading gubernatorial aspirant, Engr. Ben Akak is given wide acceptance by the delegates of the All Progressives Congress and the generality of Cross Riverians. 

The declaration which took place in Calabar during a statewide expanded stakeholders meeting of the group was well attended by members of the Ben Akak Advocacy Group and Cross Riverians from all works of life.

Speaking, the leader of the EBAAG, Pastor Prince Akpabio said the group will fulfil its promise using its grassroots structure which cuts across the 2,243 polling units and 196 wards of Cross River State, using the languages the people understand. 

The Chairman Ben Akak Foundation, Engr. Ben Akak who was represented by Dr. (Mrs) Affiong Ugbaja applauded the support group for its drive and determination to promote and encourage awareness of his gubernatorial aspirations for 2023 and assures he will not rest on his oars until his mandate is delivered when elected.     

Engr. Ben Akak who has been severally referred to as the dark horse in the Cross River gubernatorial race is known for his three-point economy blueprint for Cross River state which is centred on the blue, green and the digital economy revolution, which he hopes to hack on to revitalise the state when given the chance to pilot the affairs of the state, towards a greater Cross River.
