Angry APC Members Beat Up State Party Chairman For Manipulating Primary Results



Angry mob of All Progressives Congress members in Benue state yesterday beat up the state party chairman for manipulating primary election result. 

The incident which happened at the party's secretariate in Otukpa, headquarters of the Ogbadibo Local Government. 

The party chairman, Austin Agada, was alleged to have manipulated results of Benue South Senatorial District primary elections when the angry party members bounced on him. 

The protesting party members argued that there was no any party primary held in Benue South senatorial district. Agada, was attacked when he insisted that there was an election in Benue South Senatorial District of the state. 

  He narrowly escaped being lynched as aggrieved members of the party protesting over irregularities pounced on him. 

A close source said he was rescued by the swift intervention of security agents who sneaked him away from being lynched as he was heard screaming for help.
